Food and service were excellent. We said at one of the tables at the bar, but it was still quiet enough for the four of us to carry on a conversation. Definitely a good place for a special occasion dinner.

Went here with a large group and had a good time. The staff were attentive, food and drinks were good. Our only negative was the "focaccia" bread that was served. We were expecting a soft, pillowy, delicious focaccia with its trademark dimples and lightly browned crust, with maybe a little bit of rosemary. Our hearts were shattered when we were served some nondescript bread. Might have been Italian loaf? Not sure, but it sure wasn't focaccia. I'd skip the bread when going there, unless plain Italian loaf is your thing.

We enjoyed an excellent meal at the Sage Room while celebrating my birthday. The food was great and the service was even better. The drinks were definitely yummy. Our server kept the glasses full. I will say make a reservation because the seating was packed. We loved it here and would definitely come back. I give this location a 4.7 out of 5.

We have had this on our list for a while and scored a reservation at 6 on a Wednesday. The service was on point here as well as the ambiance and decor. Novel set up with part of the bar overlooking the cooking area. The food was good we ordered a variety of things. The tomahawk pork chop which came with mashed potatoes, brussel sprouts, and cinnamon apples was a great choice and was steaming hot from start to finish. Others at the table had the chicken and fish dishes which were also delish. The appetizer focaccia was not really what I would call focaccia - it was a little too thick. The olive oil dip was very good with fresh herbs but the cinnamon butter with Black Sea Salt was underwhelming. As bad as I hate to I have to give this place 4 stars because of the dessert. We ordered the salted caramel crème brûlée. The top had beautiful caramelized sugar but the custard was broken and had the texture of cottage cheese. The taste was good but the texture was very unappealing.

The food and service here was incredible. We had a very loud obnoxious table of drunk overaged diners, and the staff was so kind and helpful they let us switch our table without issue, and apologized though it wasn't their fault the diners were behaving this way. All the food was delicious; nothing further to say. The manager even stopped by to give a congratulations, and was as sweet and lovely as could be. She even gave us a handwritten list of places to visit. Must visit in Hilton Head!! Highly recommended.

The Sage Room goes above and beyond expectations. We have been wanting to go, but it's pretty hard to get reservations so this was a lot of planning ahead. It was completely worth it! Expect to be there for a couple of hours, they do not rush you out and will let you know how much time you have. It's a lot of fun to watch the chefs all well coordinate their beautiful and tasty dinners. My husband got the pork chop and I got the fillet Benedict. Started with a couple Caesarsalads- fantastic Wine list. Both meals were 15 out of 10. We have a high-end steakhouse that has been our favorite, but I think Sage Room just beat them out. Absolutely cannot wait to go back! Gordon Ramsay would be proud!

Came here and loved it! The open kitchen was fun to watch. We brought our own bottle of wine and I had the best pork chop followed by the gluten free creme brûlée. Everything was wonderful and our server was very attentive. Highly recommend!
